Dying guilds...

It seems like they never added a way to clear out officers/leaders who stopped playing. I joined a guild about a year ago called "dad bod gods" and was promoted to an officer based on my consistent contributions. But then about 9 months ago all the other officers and the leader stopped playing. I was unable to demote/remove them. I stuck it out for that time pruning players who quit but those 4 other officers spots never logged in. Eventually i suggested we restarted the guild under the name "dad bod godz" and i would host a discord and promote active players to officers in new guild. Now in the new "dad bod godz" it seems that most of the players are just sticking in the guild with 100% mia officers. Any ideas on how to recruit for new guild?
