First watch suggestions

Looking for suggestions for my first watch. Planning to slowly climb up the price ladder. Looking something to daily drive.

Anything around 4k.

I'm leaning towards leather straps but metal is also fine. Open to suggestions.

Also, asking MODS to update the Google docs links in the wiki as most links aren't working there.
