Design choices to make black and white wedding feel more ‘fun’ and less serious.

My wedding is in 40ish days and I am about to meet with our decor rental person. Theme is black and white and lots of candles. Originally I planned to do only roses for florals but I’m open.

What are some design/style choices that would make it feel more fun?
