Rivers' moans sound different on CD

Just listening to my Make Believe CD and Perfect Situation came on. But Rivers' moans (for lack of a better word) sounds completely different.

The normal version is like: "Singin' OH OH, OH OH, OH WOOOOOOOOH

But the CD version is like: "Singin OH OH, OH OH ,oh... uuuuuuh"

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about or am I going insane? No of the other parts of the song is change but the moans are for some reason.
