What tf are these swimming around in a planter?

Pulling up the garden from 2 seasons ago and find this water logged planter with these strange creatures. They’re a lot of them. They don’t swim they jerk around it’s weird.. I tried to show me scaring them. I’m gonna put it in a jar.
