Trying to find title of urban fantasy book about magical assassin guy who owns nightclub.

Hey, I can’t remember the title of an urban fantasy book about an assassin with magical powers who kills other magic users and owns a nightclub. I remember that one of the first scenes was of him killing this other magic user (with fire abilities I think) in the target’s living room and leaving the scene to return to his nightclub which is his above board job. I think some cop talks to him there about something, and he later finds out the guy he killed didn’t have the good grace to stay dead like all his other targets because he’s got some kind of phoenix resurrection abilities (Or maybe is an actual phoenix?), and the book title may have some reference to fire or phoenixes, but I may be wrong. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
