Aram rank

I understand that ARAM rank resets after a while all the way to the lowest but how are some people achieving ARAM Legend 10+ in just 4-5 days after the reset? Is there a method to be able to rank up this fast? I play a whole season of ARAM and it’d be even lucky if I even hit ARAM Legend 3.
