How to actually climb ranks in wild rift

I am currently plat4 (I peaked em3) and genuinely don't know how to the climb. The system is actually horrible, god forbid riot sees you have 45% wr+ that's a 10 game loss streak! the only way in my opinion to climb is to 5 stack but even that's impossible because queue times as a 5 stack takes forever. What's y'all guys tip on how to climb?
