Slacked on antibiotics, how long do I take them now?

I’d like to mention they arent amoxicillin due to me being allergic. I got mine out on the 17th, so today would be 10 days and I feel like I’m pretty much healed tbh. My issue is the past 3 days have been insanely stressful so I really slacked off on the antibiotics. Straight up I probably didn’t take them at all for 3 days. The prescription just says take until empty and I figure I would be almost out of them had I not stopped taking them, my question is do I start them up again and just go until they’re out or just not pick them up again?
