Career Transition -Remote

I work remotely as a clinical managed care pharmacist (for a large health insurance company) I enjoy my job for the most part but it is incredibly inflexible with time off around any holidays, i.e we are only allowed 1/2 days off during any holiday week. This doesn’t work for me, my kids are little and Christmas is important to me. I’ve been trying to transition to a role in a different department in my company and also to other companies but haven’t had much luck.

It has been 2+ years of job searching, some interviews, with no result. Pharma seems impossible to get into without industry experience, and I’ve had no luck. Also I know my job search is narrowed because I’m looking for a remote job specifically (have little ones, need to save time)

On paper I’m told my resume looks good. I also have a masters in healthcare management & have looked into clinical account executive type roles, but no luck. I’m also looking into the digital health space, but it’s hard to transition as I feel like I’m pigeon holed into pharmacy. I just need to be given a chance! Any leads or practical advice (or if you’re willing to review my resume) is welcome please!
