Polar Vortex closed daycare

Not a single snowflake has fallen yet and daycare is already closed tomorrow. I can understand why they’d make the decision now instead of early in the morning, and safety is of course important, so I get all of that. But the message they sent says “enjoy a snow day with your little one!” Uh, just cause you closed doesn’t mean I get a snow day? Some of us are still going to have to figure out how to get to work tomorrow, and what to do about childcare now. It’s just such a crappy position to be in.
