Quick notes: Doc advised against deadlifts so no RDL here.

Upper 1

Bench Press 5X8-10

Pull-Up 5 X 8-12

Incline Dumbbell Press 3 X 10

Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows 3 x 10

Tricep Pushdown 3 X 10

Barbell Curl 3 X 10

 

Lower 1

Machine Seated Leg Press 5 X 8-10

Kettlebell Rack Squats or Bulgarian split squats 5 X 10

Walking dumbbell or kettlebell Lunges 3 X 10

Weighted V-ups 3 X 10

Machine seated calf raises 3 X 10

L-sit 3 X 10

 

Upper 2

Incline Bench Press 5 X 8-10

Pull Up or Lat Pull Down 5 X 8-12

Overhead Shoulder Press 3 X 8-12
