Realm hopping? (looking for advice)

I remember a long time ago having an addon that would let me realm-hop. It helped me find battle pets so I could level mine and catch new ones. It also helped me to find quiet realms where I could work on my fishing without losing pools to others.

On Curse Forge, the most recent addon is from back in 2018 and is discontinued.

It feels weird to realm hop using the party finder, though. Is there some other method I don't know about? Or at least a more polite way to realm hop with the party finder?
