Leather Bound Recommendations?

I wrote my first book, which is a bit of an autobiography to preserve family history (so future grandkids can see it someday and read about our family in this generation). I don't currently plan on selling copies; rather, I just want to make 5-10 nice copies to have on my bookshelf, give to family, etc.

So much of what I see online is all about self-publishing with the intent to mass distribute. Does the term "publish" mean any sort of physical manifestation, or does "publish" mean specifically aimed at mass distribution?

Regardless, if I just want to make 5-10 copies of a leather-bound book (faux leather would work too), would that be outrageously expensive? Any recommendations for vendors?
