How do you finish writing?

I have upwards of 50 books either barely started or 1/4 finished, and I enjoy them when I read them over again, but cannot for the life of me finish them any further. Like nothing will flow anymore for them, that keg is tapped. I keep bouncing to new ideas or go weeks with nothing and it's really disheartening and frustrating me that I can't even finish short stories.
