when does yakuza 0 get good

i’m currently on chapter 5 of yakuza 0 and tbh i’m having a hard time getting into all of this and feel like the game is a chore. i’m getting bored watching all of this dialogue about real estate, i have over 20 hours and I feel like out of those I only had 4 hours of actual gameplay.
