Been doing yoga 10-15 minute session outdoor in nice sun daily

I left my studio last year for work out of state. I go outside betwen 11-12noon california time for a short session of childs,cat, supine, a few twists and a salutation. i set my timer for 10, but now am at 15 minutes, no longer. this way i get half back half front. I figured that this get me some good vitamin D dependant on weather. I tan reasonably good, but like the natural outoors peacefulness. I jsut think there is more energy in sun and nature than darkenss and weird music in a studio at night.

Anybody else on this same trip?
