I need help finding a channel. Any ideas?

Does anyone know of the channel name or series name that’s set in Korea, Japan, or China(not really sure which), but they do speak English(I think) in the videos. The series was set to make fun of ‘stereotypes in school’ or something like that. It was meant for the humor, but also has a story behind it. The creator is involved with the writing but also acts as a character within the series. Does anyone know the name of the series or channel that(while I’m probably poorly describing here lol) I’m talking about?
