so, if i remember correctly, this banner used to be a guaranteed rate up character, but now is a 55 chance, so if the pity is 20 pulls higher, and the S rank chance is the same (1.6%) is there any reason to pull in this banner intead of the lower pity one besides de 5% extra? im i misunderstanding?
