Destiny says if he spends a lot of time with someone, it means that person is important to him. Destiny used to spend a lot of time with LilyPichu, but he doesn't anymore. By his own admission, Lily is no longer important to him. Upvote this if you want Destiny to talk to LilyPichu more often
