Oklahoma State Senator Dusty Deevers has filed a "covenant marriage" bill, which would eliminate no-fault divorce, make married couples undergo marriage counseling before filing for divorce, and force the pursuer of divorce to provide "preponderance of evidence" before filing for divorce.
