Where in the US has mild weather, no major natural disasters, chill people, and is affordable to buy a home??

If you had the opportunity to move anywhere in the US, where would you chose to live, and why??

What city in the US is good to raise a family, decent priced houses and not an area prone to natural disaster? Side note ****Can’t do Freezing weather due to health conditions, on the opposite can’t handle extreme heat due to the inability to sweat. Suggestions?
