What can actually be done to breathe life into the Hollywood District? There are as many as 19 abandoned/out of business/for lease store fronts along Sandy between I-84 and NE 46th. With the Hollywood Theater anchor, you would think this would be a thriving strip, but it's more of a ghost town.
