Changes to Constrictor Snake. No restrain and unlimited grapples??

The new Constrictor Snake stat block is missing the following wording that was on the previous 2014 stat block:

"Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the snake can't constrict another target."

With this missing wording the snake no longer restrains its target. But it also removes the limit on grappled targets.
