Got banned for calling someone "downie american"

The title. I called him a downie american because he was trying to reghunt me for the past few games. This was SOME of the things he said to me in the SAME game. I get banned based off of 1 report, he's still not banned even after being reported.

Please, explain? They aren't even appealing my ban. I'd get it if it was a few day suspension for hate speech but a perma ban? Crazy work.
