Maintenance HOPS question

Anyone knows what Oversized (WSL), Oversized (NSL), and Output Overload are? They are categories under Singulator Rejects Stats. We have a lot of Oversized (WSL) and Output Overload rejects.

I'm looking on MTSC see if I can find anything.
