need some advice pls

I have bin with my gf for 3 years now. She had some history with sh before I knew her. it's a topic she openly speaks about to other people. She is very proud of herself because she actually concured the indicators of her sh (so it seemed). About 1 Hour ago I got an text wich basically said that she cut herself again. This totally came out of the blue.i love this girl and I want to help her. Obviously there are always different reasons for people to sh but are there any general things I can do for her? I thought I might ask on this sub because you guys could maybe relate to her on the sh (wich I cannot).

Sorry if something I Said might be unempethetic or hurtfull. I'm really just trying to help her and I don't know what to do. I love this girl and I would just really like some general advice. Please help me to help her. Thanks in advance and sorry for my spelling, english isn't my first language.
