Hi, I'm 20 so probably not the person you wanna hear out. But I wanted to say that, I have been "underweight" almost all my life, and I keep hearing that I should gain weight, eat healthy etc. I wasn't really underweight, just a weight that doctors recommended to gain just a bit more. (I'm 153cm and 41kg btw, Idk the american measurements sorry). There was a really small period of time where I gained weight, went up to 49kg and people started saying I gained a lot of weight and sometimes made fun of my cheeks. I'm back to my old weight, trying to gain a bit more and I go to pilates. People keep saying I'm too thin bla bla bla. What I'm saying is, people will talk anyways. It doesn't determine your worth, your beauty or charisma or anything. That body helped you get to age 40 and you should be proud of it !! Happy belated birthday! <3
