The struggle is REAL.. trying to keep up with macros daily I’m not hungry today. Here it is 5:40pm on EST.. and I only had coffee, yogurt and water vs fulfilling the goal yesterday. I still haven’t even did my workout yet so that’s going to add macros 🫠

Thinking about adding these to my ankles and wrists to help gain/retain more muscle while I walk (3 miles 4xs a week) anyone else use them?
