Help! My computer started to run out of room so I want to move sims to my external hard drive(which I have done with other games) but no matter what I do I can’t get any of my downloaded content to transfer over and if it does transfer it won’t work. What am I doing wrong.

*Question* my kids and I all play animal crossing and we are all on the same island… it’s driving me nuts. Can I move my person to new island without moving them or messing up their games? Also would I loose everything if I move to a different island?
