More details about the fermented ginger vodka, with pictures. The brand is Derel Vodka, 40% AVB. The only other explanation I can think is that they sat in quarts at room temperature for a few days before being put back in the bottles, the ginger wasn’t washed and the ginger was muddled in the quart
Vodka and a small amount of fresh squeezed ginger juice fermented after ~6 months. Is this normal?
