My 2020 charger rt with 285/40r20s are rubbing the inside of the control arm and I was wondering if running 275s would fix it I got new rims 20x9.5 with and 18.5 offset

My shifter goes further than first gear but slowly comes back up but even tho it goes down all the way it still works fine anyone know the problem
