The Trilium foundation provided us with a letter with all the details. You could reach out to them.

This system is very frustrating to both the donor and recipient families. Even if both parties want to connect, they are prevented other than through letters which no one knows if they get sent. We were told to search for our daughters recipients through Facebook. There are two Facebook pages one for the US and one for Canada on which you can list your details. They will put in spreadsheet and you can see if there's any matches. There are a lot of people looking for their matches.
