A space for birth givers to discuss the postpartum journey...from the initial days of recovery to long-term fitness goals. Hoping this can be a *graduation* from FitPregnancy. Rules: 1) Be kind. No intentionally rude comments or trolling. 2) Evidenced based & safe for postpartum - no suggesting people get back to working out before being cleared by midwife/OB/whomever, no suggesting unsafe practices, etc 3) NO MLMs. Don’t try to sell each other stuff. 4) Report rule breaking to moderators.
