Wireless Mouse Not Moving

if the wired mouse works fine and both wireless crapped out the same way at the same time the only thing it can be is a driver issue. I know you said you uninstalled and re-installed but did you actually delete the driver file so it could download a new copy one that is not corrupt?

How do I go about doing that? I basically uninstalled all the HID compliant mouse in the device manager. Then I unplugged and replugged the mouse. The device just popped up again. I clicked update drivers and they were already up to date.

Thanks a lot. It turns out the whole battery pack was leaked/defective. No wonder the batteries didn't work even when I tried new ones. I had to get a flash light to check the batteries.
