I had a medical appointment. Dr (white male, 50s) and I started chatting after it was over (I was the last appnt for the day). In the conversation, I brought up that I was late dx AuDHD. He replied that labels aren't helpful and that everything is a spectrum. He then eventually asks me out.

I'm 40 and this is how my dresser usually looks. I want to cry everytime I see it. No system seems to prevent this from happening. Baskets are a no. I can't put them away right a way because I need them to breathe first, but then I never end up putting them away. Clothes are a nightmare for me 😭

I couldn't find a curtain I liked for this space, but I found a pretty throw blanket. I hand stitched it onto an old curtain. Not a perfect job but I'm so happy with the outcome!
