Ok people, we just saw red flags on interviews, what are in your opinion green flags to bring in an interview (I'm leaving my job in a month and would like some advice)?

I cannot find Xur anywhere in EDZ and i dont know why. Do i have to do a special quest or smthng to 'unlock' him or anything else??
