The shakes and what I think is Cataplexy??!

I have narcolepsy and struggle with hallucinations. The only “pattern” I can kind of figure out is when my anxiety is high I will most likely have a hallucination that night

I'm not a doctor. What you're experiencing doesn't really sound like cataplexy, but you've taken the first steps for diagnosing your symptoms. Also sounds like you possibly need to have your potassium, magnesium, Vitamin D, Iron, and B levels checked and then proceed from there with a neurologist.

Ive taken all the vitamin deficiency blood test and some extra and they all came back normal. I even had a Cat scan and nothing showed up. I do experience the other symptoms of cataplexy and maybe that is just me self diagnosing until I get my sleep study done, but the shaking part is what’s confusing me I guess. Waiting in my neurology appointment and hopefully get it figured out soon! Thanks for the input, i appreciate it!
