Been doing my PT exercises 2x a day and I have PT formally two days per week. I'm 4 weeks into PT and have been doing pulley exercises at least for 6. Can I skip a whole day at home for rest/recovery every so often?

I assume it is something to do with my flexibility but I don't know what. I am incapable of keeping my legs parallel to each other when I'm laying on my back or sitting with my legs extended. Thoughts?
