Toss a little bit into water. Meth is water soluble. It will completely dissolve if you stir it into water. You can also take a bottle cap or some small dish and put bleach in it. Then toss a cpl granules into the bleach. Meth will dart around like crazy in the bleach

Yeah it won't harm you whatsoever to touch it or anything. Meth won't absorb thru your skin. It can only be absorbed thru mucous membranes. It's not a transdermal substance. But like I said that's not meth anyway but I understand your concern so I'm playing along lol. I will say I have no idea what that is tho. Just that it's not meth and not any drug that I'm aware of.
