My first pair of 36 kg bells came in today, so I had to use them for today's workout. Highlights: (1) Surprise First time 36 kg strict press per arm during "warm up" lol, (2) Double Cleans with 8 reps 32 kg x 2 and 4-6 reps 36 kg x 2, and (3) 36 kg x 2 bench for 3-4 reps. Good training day!
