What can this sound be ? Car won’t start (obviously ). My battery has power. I haven’t yet been able to troubleshoot my ignition system because I have no one to turn the ignition while I inspect under the hood. (Honda CRV 2000 auto 4 cylinder ). Thanks in advance.
