Another bug I encountered, I couldn't grapple to go down the wall here, I had to restart the game for it to fix.

[BUG] I was stuck here for several minutes. This bug almost corrupted my save file. I was convinced that it was not fixable, I did everything: Going to camp, all the actions etc.
