Full English that's not quite a full English. £14.50 in Sussex. This came with two slices of toast. It was delicious but I missed the black pudding and would have liked another sausage and more mushroom. Coffee was extra. Worth the money?

I have watched this property for literally years; it comes on and off the market with alarming regularity and has dropped in price and is now chain free. My heart aches for this property. I want to live here more than anything. It's leasehold with annual service charges of £10,450.
